HOW IT WORKS

1. Make sure lips are exfoliated and hydrated prior to applying Matte Made in Heaven.

2. Start on the center of the lip and work your way toward the outer edges for an even application. 

3. When less product is leftover on the applicator, use wand to sharpen up the edges of the lip line.
